Johanna resides in the East Mountains and is the founder of Albuquerque Astrology Friends, now renamed Albuquerque Astrology Group. This is a local group of astrology enthusiasts who meet monthly at Resonant Essentials.

She is an active member of the Association for Young Astrologers (AYA), the Organization for Professional Astrologers (OPA), and the Association for Astrological Networking (AFAN).

Her certifications are in progress through the National Council for Geocosmic Research (NCGR).
